PRINTABLE PRACTICE PLANS

Once you understand a yoga video, you might like to transition to a printed version of the yoga practice. A printed practice:

•allows you to go at your own breathing pace and adjust the number of repetitions

• skips the explanations and maximizes your practice time

• improves your mindfulness

• allows you to practice in places that don’t have wifi or cell signal

At the yoga school where I study in India, yoga is taught one on one. Every student receives their customized practice plans in written form so that they can practice independently at home.
