PRINTABLE YOGA PRACTICES

Some people prefer a printed yoga practice than a video. A printed practice:

  • allows you to go at your own pace and adjust the number of repetitions

  • allows you to practice in places that don’t have wifi or cell signal

  • skips the explanations and maximizes your practice time

  • improves your mindfulness

At the school where I study in India, yoga is mostly taught one on one, with the yoga practice customized to the individual. Every student receives their practice in written format so that they can practice independently at home.
