PRINTABLE PRACTICE PLANS
Once you understand a yoga video, you might like to transition to a printed version of the yoga practice. A printed practice:
allows you to go at your own breathing pace and adjust the number of repetitions
skips the explanations and maximizes your practice time
improves your mindfulness
allows you to practice in places that don’t have wifi or cell signal
At the yoga school where I study in India, yoga is taught one on one. Every student receives their customized practice plans in written form so that they can practice independently at home.
