Class Etiquette

• Aim to maintain a balance of challenge and comfort. Yoga should never be painful.

• To support a mindful practice, please limit discussion to before and after class.

• Keeping your camera on allows me to adjust the yoga practice to suit your needs. I will never call attention to anyone.

• If you’d like me to see your alignment well, position your camera either in front of you or at your side (profile).

• At the start of class I’ll turn on the mute feature for all attendees. This ensures only my video and audio will be recorded.
