Hi, I’m Zelinda.

I teach yoga that comfortably and effectively reduces pain for people with all kinds of bodies. If you’re interested in reducing your aches and pains, calming your mind, and improving your quality of sleep, you’re in the right place!

I feel very proud to say that thousands of my students have experienced a profound improvement in their health and wellness. You can too! The key is to practice yoga consistently. Ideally, every day, or at least most days of the week. I recommend aiming for about 150 minutes of yoga each week.

My Membership program is designed to help you establish and maintain your consistent yoga practice. There are three Membership tiers that each include a variety of resources. You can practice on your own schedule with my Monthly Calendar and you can also practice with me live via livestream. Read through the options and see which is the best fit for you.

I’m a yoga therapist and the founder of Round Rock Yoga in Round Rock, Texas. I’ve taught yoga for 18 years and I’ve completed over 1200 hours of training in the US and in India. I teach yoga that comfortably and effectively reduces pain for people with all kinds of bodies.

I have taught yoga for a wide range of populations, including K-12 special needs students, university student-athletes, corporate employees, and outpatient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation patients. I’ve taught yoga at conferences, both in person and online. I also share yoga with students around the world through my Yoga with Zelinda YouTube channel and my online membership program.
