I’m Zelinda. I’m a yoga teacher and yoga therapist and I’ve been sharing yoga with students around the world for 18 years. I founded my local brick and mortar yoga studio, Round Rock Yoga, in 2010, and I started uploading yoga instructional videos to my YouTube channel the following year.
There are a few different ways you can practice with me, but it’s important to take a minute to think about what kind of yoga practice will work best for you, because you’ll get the best results when you practice regularly.
You can join me for my studio classes in person or online. I currently teach 5 weekly classes that are each an hour long. You can see the Class Schedule and sign up for classes on the Round Rock Yoga website.
You can also practice with me via my Yoga with Zelinda monthly practice calendar. Each day on the calendar links to a yoga video so you can practice any time of day that’s convenient for you. These videos range from about 15-35 minutes long. You can sign up for Yoga with Zelinda membership at the links below.
Regardless of how you choose to practice, aim for 150 minutes of yoga per week for best results.

I’m passionate about making yoga accessible to people with all kinds of bodies.
I attended my first yoga class in1999 and I vividly remember how nervous and out-of-place I felt walking into that yoga studio. I persevered, and years later I attended my first yoga teacher training program. Because of that first yoga class, I knew I wanted to teach yoga in a different kind of way where anyone would feel welcome and comfortable.
Since then, I’ve had two kids, taught yoga full time, created a YouTube channel, and completed additional yoga teacher and yoga therapist trainings at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India. My Yoga for Bigger Bodies videos have received over a million views on YouTube, and my channel has been recognized as Best Yoga Channel by Healthline.com, Self magazine, Forks Over Knives, and more, from 2019 - 2023.
I specialize in customizing yoga to the needs and goals of each individual student. In my teaching, I offer lots of options so that you can customize your yoga practice in a way that is comfortable, effective, and helps you reach your personal wellness goals.
